Mocha (Coffie + Chocolate) cake

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Dark compound/Cooking chocolate - 200g
Black coffie - 1 cup (Boil 1 cup of water n add 3 tsp of instant bru coffie powder)
Eggs - 3
Butter milk - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp heaped
Oil - 1 cup

Prep :

Sift all purpose flour and baking powder thrice.

Grate the chocolate bar and mix in the black coffie. Stir until the chocolate melts.

Powder the sugar and put into a large bowl. Add egg into it one by one, and beat well until the colour turns pale.
Add oil to it and mix well. Then pour coffie-chocolate mix and mix thoroughly.
Then add flour to this, spoon by spoon and mix without lumps. Add 1/4 cup of butter milk. If the consistency is too thick, add 1/4 cup more. Keep aside.

Preheat the oven in 180 d.
