Mango Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients
  • Mangoes – 1 medium (1 cup), chopped
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder – a pinch
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon or to taste
  • Pistachio or any nuts – few, chopped for garnishing, optional
Instructions
  1. Take chopped mangoes and ¼ cup of milk in the blender.
  2. Blend it till it gets smooth.
  3. Add remaining milk, cardamom powder and sugar. Adjust the sugar quantity ad per your mango’s sweetness.
  4. And again blend it till everything gets incorporated.
  5. Pour into the serving glass.
  6. Garnish with chopped pistachios or any nuts. And serve.

Shelf life – why someone wants to store? Isn't it very easy to make? Still if you want to store, it can be refrigerated up to 3 days.
Serving suggestions – It can be served as an afternoon beverage or as a dessert.
